Dermax PS is a two-pack reactive floor coating with semi-gloss finishing and extremely high adherence power to most substrates. Fine abrasive grit in this product’s composition ensures safe footing even when the floor is wet.

Additional coarse abrasive grit may be incorporated in the film for utmost anti-skid surfacing. Dermax PS resists spillage of most chemicals, oil, hydraulic fluids, acids and organic solvents.

Uses
Generally used to cover areas where a smooth semi-gloss and anti-slip colored surface is desired, without use of coarse abrasive grit such as driveways, gas station floors, food processing areas, outdoor walkways, sport courts, gardens, swimming pool access areas and barefoot traffic areas, etc.
The product is applied with coarse abrasive grits for areas such as ramps, stairs, fuel handling depots, beverage processing plants and anywhere tough anti-slip protection is required.

Application
Applied to the floor by rollers or spray, the product two pack components must be mixed together immediately before installation. Dermax PS reacts forming a permanent non-soluble film and adheres to most surfaces including old coating materials.

Properties
Chemical Resistance – High Chemical resistance to petroleum derivatives, fuel products, oil, hydraulic fluids, acids, alkaline hydroxides, salt and most inorganic chemicals.
Anti-Skid – Dermax PS provides anti-skid surfacing by its nature. The cured film exhibits a semi-gloss fine porosity finishing, which allows safe footing even when wet. Tough anti-skid performance is obtained by incorporating coarse abrasive grit to the film.
