Dermax Therm is a polymeric reflective coating product formulated in white color, containing highly reflective particles and crystals, which provide utmost reflectivity and insulation allowing thermal reduction of up to 60% of the daily thermal indoors increase rate. Thermal reduction is most noticed on roofs that have poor thermal insulation. Power savings on air conditioning systems is also an additional advantage.

Durability –
Dermax Therm is highly resistant to aging, ultraviolet rays, salt and moisture atmospheres, hail, weather, and external agents and provides life expectance of over 20 years. The product will also increase roof lifetime once it provides an impervious shield avoiding tile or roof sheet deterioration or corrosion.

Application –
Dermax Therm may be applied by conventional or airless spray or even by rollers and brushes. It is usually applied in two coats depending on the surface porosity.
